There's no other way to articulate the rapid rise of Tandoori Oven/One World Foods.  From a 2013 launch to currently being in 500+ stores nationally across all major retail customers.

While we wish we could say we helped our friends at Tandoori/One World create great products, we only helped them get to market.  We helped them understand the ethnic consumer, articulate a clear strategy and brand positioning, develop a concise story for retail and engage their increasing consumer base pre- and post purchase.

Viktor and Muse

We helped develop the strategy for this smart and bold men's clothing and accessory line to combine articles of the Viktor and Muse line into Man-Kits.  These are curated themed Kits designed to provide a turnkey style and gifting solution.

The key insight we uncovered is that men are comfortable buying trendy and modern pieces for themselves although time is a constraint.  The real struggle is to put it all together themselves - how better to address than a turnkey style solution including a flattering slim-fitting shirt coupled with a complimentary tie, pocket square and finishing touches?  This way, the heavy lifting is already done and its an online purchase.
